Ideal short stay accommodation for concerts, weddings, vineyard tours, conferences or just a quiet getaway in the picturesque Hunter Valley.
Fully self contained studio suitable for 2 guests with modern décor. Features a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, TV and a courtyard with secure parking. Basic amenities and toiletries are provided as well as air-conditioning and heating. Situated in the beautiful wine country area, the studio is within close proximity of restaurants and the vineyards.
The studio guesthouse is available Friday to Sunday most weekends with check in times between 3pm and 11pm and check out at 11am. Shuttle services to local attractions can be arranged on request.
Guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy upon arrival!

A convenient little kit here with everything you could need for some simple breaky and snack prep. “Christine and Richards place is great! It’s in a perfect location to Potters Brewery the local cafe and the wineries. It’s really well maintained, clean, tidy and decorated nicely. “Christine and Richard’s gorgeous little cottage was a much-needed haven for our 17th wedding anniversary! Sparkling clean and everything so fresh and airy. The bed was so comfortable – very hard to get out of bed in the morning! So many lovely little touches inside and out and so very close to great restaurants and cafes. “A very lovely, cozy, clean and well presented cottage that is very close to the wineries. Christine and Richard were lovely hosts, friendly and hospitable. The cottage was perfect location for us… 10 minutes to the wineries in Broke and Hermitage Rds (they offered to drive and pick us up too!). The cottage is off the main road but far enough from the road noise. I loved hearing the birds chirping and the leaves on the trees as the wind blows them. I loved Christine’s finishing touches in the room, the decor, the fresh flowers and the little chocolates she’s provided… They have 3 lovely little friendly dogs and an ex-thoroughbred who is just so gorgeous to look at and pat. I would definitely recommend for couples!… and will stay here again.” – Katherine

Our mobile coffee van also caters light meals such as pies, sausage rolls, cakes and muffins, with vegetarian alternatives. Lave Coffee have catered 2 events on site at AGL Macquarie’s power stations with overwhelming positive feedback from the workers served regarding the quality of the coffee/hot drinks supplied. The highlight has been the efficient service always delivered with a smile, friendly chit chat and asking how has your day been.
Both events catered for approximately 500 people on an industrial site, where Lave Coffee complied with all health and safety/ induction requirements of the site and conducted their service with safety, risk/hazard management and Covid safety as an important focus.
On both occasions, Lava Coffee’s presence/ service provided at the event has boosted the sense of community and communication as workers thoroughly enjoyed catching up while enjoying a hot beverage.
