Assessing work hazards and working conditions.

We meticulously assess the work environment, identifying potential hazards and evaluating the overall working conditions for your staff. This thorough examination enables us to develop strategies that prioritize safety and well-being of your employees.

Reviewing any work injury history, noting the nature of injuries.

Understanding the history of work-related injuries is crucial for implementing effective preventive measures. By reviewing past incidents and analyzing the nature of injuries sustained, we can pinpoint areas of concern and implement proactive solutions to mitigate future risks.

Provide invaluable information on nutrition, healthy lifestyle, rest breaks during work, and recommending useful injury prevention exercises.

During the session we establish a baseline for providing relevant assistance by engaging in discussions around various factors crucial for overall well-being. These include nutrition guidelines, promoting healthy lifestyle habits, advocating for adequate rest breaks during work hours, and prescribing tailored injury prevention exercises tailored to the specific needs of the client’s workforce.

Addressing employees in groups of up to 15, demonstrating and explaining exercises.

During our visit we conduct interactive group sessions, accommodating up to 15 employees per session, where we demonstrate and explain various exercises pertinent to injury prevention and overall health. These sessions are strategically integrated into team meetings or safety meetings, fostering engagement and participation among employees.

Inviting questions and making recommendations.
